ML2-SA1
ML2-SA1 is a chemical compound which acts as an "agonist" for the TRPML2 calcium channel, with high selectivity for TRPML2 and no significant activity at the related TRPML1 and TRPML3 channels. It has been used to demonstrate the role of TRPM2 in immune system function, both triggering release of the chemokine CCL2 from macrophages and stimulating macrophage migration and endolysosomal trafficking.
