Herbert Culmann
Herbert Culmann (15 February 1921 – 5 February 1998) is a German jurist. He was born in Neustadt an der Weinstraße. He died in Bad Berleburg.
Awards received include Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
