Boris Kagan
Boris Kagan (12 May 1918 – 7 November 2013) is a Belarusian-Soviet scientist. He was born in Gomel. He died in Los Angeles.
He was educated at Moscow Power Engineering Institute. This person's employers include Russian University of Transport, All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Electromechanics, and Moscow Polytechnic University. Awards received include Stalin Prize, Order of the Red Banner of Labour, and Order of the Patriotic War 2nd class.
