Sleeman River


The Sleeman River is a river located in the Great Southern region of Western Australia. It flows into Wilson Inlet, with its origins situated near the Hay River. Its approximate coordinates are 34°58′0.1″S latitude and 117°28′58.8″E longitude. The river has a total length of approximately 0.49 kilometres and has a total fall of 11.5 metres over its course.

Geography

The River has a drainage basin covering approximately 92 square kilometers. It flows year-round and empties into the eastern side of Wilson Inlet near Youngs Siding. The outflow is located between where the Hay River and Cuppup Creek discharge.
