Marija Vogelnik

Marija Vogelnik (15 October 1914 – 9 August 2008) is a Slovene, Austrian, Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, Yugoslavia, and Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia dancer, painter, historian, illustrator, critic, and opinion journalist. She was born in Ljubljana. She died in Ukanc.

She was educated at University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Architecture and University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering, Klasična gimnazija v Ljubljani, Meta Vidmar, and Academy of Arts, Belgrade. Awards received include Hinka Smrekarja Award.
